Terms & Conditions

• With every party booking a £30 deposit is required.
• Minimum 10 Children
• We are unable to supply child creche facilities, all children must be looked after by responsible adults. All children attending the party are your responsibility from arrival to exit.
• All children must wear socks, they can be purchased on arrival if required.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your party with all of the participants to pay party balance.
• No refunds will be provided on your deposit or party.
• Please have a list of meals and drinks that are requested.
• We cannot guarantee that our food and drinks are allergen free.
• All allergies must be disclosed on the booking form or no later than two 2 weeks prior to the party date.
• The party host is responsible for notifying Planet Kidz about any allergies or special requirements.
• Each party last a total of 2 hours including 30 minutes of eating time and 90 minutes of play.

Allergen Advice:

• All dishes may contain traces of gluten, nuts or other allergens. A full allergen list is available on request.
• Note. Before placing your order, please inform us if any person in your party has a food allergy.
• We cannot guarantee that our food and drinks are allergen free.
